En Route Coaching & Training Services, LLC
En Route, LLC provides consultation, training, workforce development, technical assistance, and professional coaching services to public systems, private organizations and tribal communities with a particular area of focus on Systems of Care, intensive home and community-based services, Wraparound, care coordination, team-based planning, and the CANS assessment.
En Route, LLC is also contracted by Washington's Health Care Authority/Division of Behavioral Health and Recovery to provide training, technical assistance and coaching to the Wraparound with Intensive Services (WISe) statewide Initiative.
Dan Embree, M.Ed., NCC is a very dynamic consultant and trainer with 20 years of experience with Systems of Care, Wraparound and promising approaches to serving youth, adults and families. He has provided technical assistance and training services to 15 states and several tribes. He was formerly the Assistant Director of the Systems of Care Institute and Associate Professor at Portland State University and was also a former director of a nationally recognized Systems of Care/Wraparound project. He is a certified CANS trainer.
Mark Zubaty, B.S., QMHA has over 18 years of experience and has been a Wraparound Care Coordinator, Supervisor, Coach, Trainer and Systems of Care Consultant. He works with many communities to help advance their Systems of Care implementation efforts, with special attention to Wraparound fidelity and other research informed models of care for youth with complex needs, including the CANS Assessment tool.
Stephanie East, M.S., M.S.W. has multiple years of experience working with youth and families in California and Oregon. She is a certified CANS trainer and experienced Wraparound practitioner who helps communities integrate various aspects of strengths-based practice.
